How do I get a refund?
If you have any questions or difficulties with your provider’s website and you wish to request a refund, please contact your carrier directly. Their service numbers will be available on their website. If the Customer Service Representative cannot help you or claims that Hidden Variable Studios is responsible for billing issues, ask to speak to a manager.
How do I disable In App Purchases (IAPs)?
In some cases, parents or guardians may want to disable the ability to make purchases within an app. Please refer to the options below or consult the manufacturer of your device.
To restrict in-app purchases for iOS devices:
- Press the Settings Icon
- Tap General
- Tap Restrictions
- Tap Enable Restrictions
- Enter a PIN code
- Confirm PIN code
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select off next to In-app Purchases
To restrict in-app purchasing for Android devices running Google Play:
- Open Google Play
- Press your Menu button
- Tap Settings
- Select the option Set or Change Pin
- Enter a PIN Code
- Confirm PIN Code
- Check the box next to Use PIN for purchases Please note that you will need to have Google Play version 3.1 or higher
Please note that this will disable ALL purchases, not just in-app purchasing.
